Soft, dense, chewy, buttery caramels…mmm, what could be better? Maybe adding nuts, or chocolate, or a touch of salt. Our caramels are made with nothing but the finest ingredients like Plugra butter and whole Madagascar vanilla beans. Chocolate hazelnut caramels are laden with Valrhona cocoa paste and freshly roasted hazelnuts. But classic vanilla can’t be beat.
Every ingredient imparts a different flavor experience. Let us know if you have a special flavor combination and we will create it for you (2 lb. minimum for special order).
