Once payment has been received, orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays). We will alert you via email if your shipment will be delayed for any reason.

In your inquiry or via email, please note any special requirements regarding shipment, such as a specific date or signature confirmation.  We will do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives in time.  However, we cannot make guarantees for deliveries without expedited service for which there is an additional charge.

We  ship via Fed Ex Ground. Packages arrives in 2-5 days after we ship, depending on location. Other shipping options include Priority (arrives in 1 day ), Expedited (arrives 2 days) Express (arrives 3 days after we ship). These timeframes begin once the package has left our location, not once you place your order, and all expedited delivery includes additional charges.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they get to you safely. However, some fragile items like cookies and meringues, can break in transit. We label our boxes as “fragile” to alert our shippers, but can’t guarantee what happens once they leave our shop.  Please contact us immediately if your package should arrive damaged.

Address Accuracy

Please be sure to double-check the shipping address you enter, as we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses and will not issue a refund for packages refused by the recipient, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. There will be a $8.00 fee assessed for any address corrections made by our carrier in order to ensure proper delivery of the package. The $8.00 fee will be charged to your original form of payment.

All orders are shipped from our location in Chicago via Fed Ex Monday through Friday, with no weekend delivery unless special arrangements are made. We cannot ship to P.O boxes, APO’s or FPO’s.  All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via 2-day or 1-day Express service. We do not ship outside the US.

For standard delivery via FedEx Ground, please allow 2 to 5 working days for arrival. Express 3-day, 2-day, next day and Saturday (limited areas) delivery services are available for an additional cost.

Shipping costs vary and are based on weight, dimension of the package and location.
