Caramels

Soft, dense, chewy, buttery caramels…mmmmmm, what could be better? Maybe adding nuts, or chocolate, or a touch of salt. Our caramels are made with nothing but the finest ingredients like Plugra butter and whole Madagascar vanilla beans. Ginger caramels are infused with a double hit of ginger – Canton ginger cognac and ground ginger. Chocolate hazelnut caramels are laden with Valrhona cocoa paste and freshly roasted hazelnuts. But classic vanilla can’t be beat.

Every ingredient imparts a different flavor experience. Let us know if you have a special flavor combination and we will create it for you (2 lb. minimum for special order).

Jams & Preserves

Our jams and preserves are hand made in small batches from fresh, seasonal fruits and berries. We infuse the jams with ingredients such as liquors, herbs and spices, vinegars or nuts to enhance their natural flavor. In addition to being a delicious accompaniment to any breads, crackers or cakes, they can be used as a topping for ice creams, along side meat or fowl dishes or with cheeses such as brie or camembert.

Flavors are seasonal. We currently have: Blueberry Preserve with Lemon Peel, Red Grapefruit Marmalade, Lemon Ginger Marmalade, Damson Plum, Chili Pepper Jelly, Ginger Pear, and Manhattan Cherry Preserve.

Rich, intense fruit flavor is the hallmark of our fruit pates. We use the finest fruits and natural ingredients to create a taste experience that is unique and satisfying without being overly sweet. These aren’t your flavorless, store-bought marshmallows. Soft, fluffy and flavorful, our hand-crafted confections are simply scrumptious. We use no preservatives or additives. Light and airy but infused with flavor. Because they are best enjoyed while fresh and soft, all marshmallows are made to order in small batches just for you. Shelf life is 4-6 weeks, assuming you can resist!

These lovely little French cakes originally became popular in the financial district of Paris, hence the name. Almond flour and brown butter – beurre noisette – give these classics their distinctive nutty flavor and dense, moist texture. Oh, so irresistible!

Flavors Include: Chocolate Cherry Chip; Chocolate Peanut Butter; Chocolate Rum Raisin; Hazelnut Berry; Double Ginger; Almond Blueberry; Hazelnut, Orange and Prune.

When paired with dark chocolate, they are simply irresistible. We use Guittard dark chocolate for our Rocher. I love watching the reaction of someone who is trying Rocher for the first time. Dr. Bob refuses to share his stash…we dare you to have just one. (To insure quality and enjoyment, Chocolate Rocher cannot be shipped when temperature exceeds 65 F.)
